End User License Agreement

By accessing or using LightSignal ("the App," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

License Grant

LightSignal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; sublicense or resell access to the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Ownership

LightSignal and all underlying technology, content, and intellectual property remain the sole property of LightSignal, LLC. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIGHTSIGNAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LightSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
